Black Sea

“Santa Fe”. Wreck. Shtormovoye.

“Santa Fe” German Cargo Ship sunk during the WWII nearby Evpatoria Cape. According to many explorers of the Black Sea Wrecks, this 126-meter vessel tripped a mine put by a Soviet submarine, and as a result of explosion in the fore hold it sunk. The hull, which will be seen by you at the depth of 21 m, is almost completely fractured. Fragments of frame timbers and pieces of sheeting stick up everywhere. The bottom is covered with cannons, parts of self-propelled cannons, barrels, a truck and remains of StuG III assault guns.
